Day #2 Moving Process

Greetings and Salutations,
Funny thing happened yesterday. I got more done off "the next list" to go up rather then the one I was focusing on. But that is OK. Sometimes you just have to roll with the direction the wind is blowing you. I feel such a sense of calm. Relaxation. I have been playing this song for months Place In This World by Michael W Smith. I know I know 1990-- but the words really hit home with me and how I feel. Anyway here is how my "things to do" list shaped up yesterday:
     (1) Den done except the floors
     (2) I have renters until August and if it lines up with another person's needs, replacement renters in Sept (HUGE accomplishment and quite honestly unexpected how I found them)
     (3) I have someone that has wonderfully offered to be my local property manager so I can rent it myself (met and discussed details)
     (4) Paid my health insurance for March
     (5) Made big dent in dining room that for all intents is my office (cleaning)
     (6) Loaded more boxes in POD
     (7) Packed up all pictures in den
     (8) Cleaned out cab of truck. Still have the bed to go and washing it
In bed by 10 pm (read great book for an hour) and I feel alittle more rested today. I feel like yesterday was success. I'm grateful I don't feel the pressure (from myself) to go any faster at this point than I am. It feels tremendous to take a break and just breathe.
I watched this movie on Netflix Blackfish (2013). Seriously watch it. It will challenge the way you see SeaWorld. It is a stark reminder that as a species we do amazing things in the name of the almighty dollar. Including the lies we will buy in order to be consumers.
Today is working off same list from yesterday. I'm not sure how far I'll get but I am seriously considering setting my alarm in the morning so I can get an earlier, more serious start :) hummm maybe. But you sure can' beat sleeping in. Think I'll pace myself. Few more days of moving slow before I turn on the afterburners.

Tootles :)
Heather
